When it comes to hot tub repair there isn’t many we haven’t worked on. Not only are the people at Midland Spa Services a great working team, but also all family members with a passion for what we do.

Whether your tub has simply sprung a leak or is suffering from other mechanical/electrical issues, rest assured here at Midland we have the skills and the knowledge to get your spa back up and running with minimal fuss and total transparency of costs along the way.

Our vehicles are heavily stocked with the most common hot tub parts as we aim to complete as many jobs as we can on the first visit, saving you both time and money. We appreciate this will not always be possible and in some cases, parts would need to be ordered. In this instance, you will be given a quotation to return and install the part required, no second callout charge, and no hidden costs.

Pricing

• Our callout/breakdown charge is £110.00 and includes 1hr of diagnosis/repair time and up to 15 miles of travel to your destination from NN49UE.

• All callouts are payable via card/cash to the engineer on the day of the visit.

• Any further time required or materials needed will be priced accordingly whilst we are at your property. You have absolutely no obligation to continue with any further works if required, that you do not wish to.

• Any additional mileage beyond the inclusive 15 miles will be charged at £2.00 per mile (one way only). Up to a total 50 miles.

• Further than 50 miles away? At Midland Spa Services we travel nationwide, so if your area is outside of the mileage stated above please contact us so that we can provide you with an accurate cost to visit your hot tub.

Requirements on the day…

• Your hot tub needs to be filled and connected to an electrical supply.

• Reasonable access to all panels.

• Maybe a nice hot cup of tea for the engineer on a cold day is always welcomed.
